Unforeseen Circumstances
We are a very active and friendly Ramblers group. Our programme explores the most attractive countryside in the surrounding area including the Surrey Hills.
Meet 10am College Ride, Bagshot, GU19 5ET, roadside parking is available. (College Ride is a continuation from Church Road, car share if possible as parking can be limited) A 9.5 mile undulating walk through Bagshot Heath and Swinley Forest where we will stop for an alfresco/BYO coffee stop. Moving on to Caesar’sCamp, an Iron Hill Fort, then towards South Hill Park, Bracknell where we break for a picnic lunch. The park homes an 18th Century Mansion House where facilities are available and drinks can be purchased from the Atrium Bar. We return back to the cars on an alternative route through Swinley Forest.
