This is a linear walk but we complete a circle from our cars parked at Corby Glen. We take a bus from Corby Glen to Swinstead from where we walk to the pretty village of Swayfield and then move on to Corby Glen, back to our cars. It is mainly through fields, one at least with sheep so no dogs are permitted. There are three stiles. There are two moderately steep areas, one down and one up. Walking sticks are advised as grass may be slippery.
Park at Corby Glen and take the bus at 10.37 am for Swinstead from the Cross in front of the cafe in the centre of the village. There is some parking around the Cross.
The cafe is available at the end of walk.
The walk is very leisurely and is 4.5 miles approximately
Bring a packed lunch if you wish. The walk should take no more than 3 and a half hours.
