Overview

The walk will start outside the Kingfisher Leisure Centre in Sudbury. We will follow the Talbot Trail which is a mainly urban route but, weather permitting, does take in the water meadows so walking shoes or boots are still requested.

The trail consists of 14 red bollards each with a statue on top, depicting a variety of episodes in the history of Sudbury. We will make a brief stop at each one.

This is a town walk and will need extra care when crossing roads.
