This is a circular walk starting at Teggs Nose visitor centre.
From there, we will take the steep downhill path signposted 'Sadler's Way and head into the beautiful Macclesfield Forest.
The walk will take us up (and back down) the stoned path to the Shutlingsloe trig point with spectacular views at the top.
We will walk past the reservoirs and the Leathers Smithy, heading back into the into the forest following signs for the Gritstone Trail. Reaching the top of Teggs Nose, involves a steep slope but well worth the rewarding views.
We then follow the trail back to the visitor centre passing some historic quarry machinery on the way.
