A 5 mile walk across farmland and quiet lanes, starting from the school car park at Temple Balsall. The fields can be a bit muddy at this time of year, and there are a couple of stiles to navigate. There are some lovely views of the countryside between Temple Balsall and Balsall Common.
The car park is sign posted from the road (it is not the car park opposite the school with the barrier!). If you enter Fen End Road West from Balsall Street you will see the school on your right. The car park is further on, on your right, past the vicarage.
