Overview

Join us for a relatively easy, flat walk passing Chavenage House, (where Poldark scenes were filmed).

Some road walking at the start and end of the walk but the rest is fields and footpaths. A few stiles - for one or two of them you will need long legs, or a helping hand!

We will stop for a break, so please bring drinks and a snack.

After the walk we can have a drink at the Royal Oak at the entrance to the car park, (where you could also have a delicious Sunday roast - best to book in advance). There is also a cafe in the car park if you prefer coffee and cake.

Please remember to bring your ICE (In Case of Emergency) card in your pocket.

Many thanks to Kingswood Ramblers for inviting us to join this walk.
