Overview

This is a circular walk connecting 3 of Birmingham's best public Parks: Kings Heath, Highbury and Cannon Hill. Each Park has a different emphasis. Kings Heath - for Horticulture. Highbury Park is more natural with an Arboretum, Highbury Hall - former home of Joseph Chamberlain and Parakeets! Cannon Hill Park has a more amenities focus and the River Rea. There are toilets and refreshments available at Kings Heath and Cannon Hill Parks but not at Highbury Park.

We plan to have our lunch break at Cannon Hill Park as there are indoor and outdoor seating options, galleries and shops.

Walk leaders:  Brian Cund: 07542340292 and Eileen McMahon: 07749767202.
