This is a five mile leisurely walk around Tittesworth Reservoir. The starting point on Meerbrook Road. The walk starts by leaving Meerbrook Road and down towards Tittesworth Water Sports and Activity Centre. We follow the path anti-clockwise around the reservoir to the visitors centre where we will have our break using the picnic tables. Also toilet facilities are always a bonus. Leaving through the main entrance, we turn left to walk along the main road for a short time before crossing over to follow the Reservoir Trail on the opposite side of the water to the Activity Centre and back to our cars.
Walkers from other groups are always welcome, as are non-members wanting to sample walking with our friendly group of ramblers. Just turn up and make yourself known to the walk leader.
Please make sure you have an ICE (in Case of Emergency) card on you when out walking – you know it makes sense - if you don’t have one then ask the walk leader for one before the walk starts.
On our walks, we regret no dogs please UNLESS the walk is described as DOG FRIENDLY.
Roadside parking on Meerbrook Road, just to the North of the turn off to the Tittesworth Water Sports and Activity Centre.
