Overview

Meeting at Garn Goch  car park.  We start upwards, following a picturesque lane for a mile or so. Then traverse the hill sides, with splendid views across the Towy valley, until we reach the the edge of Pen Arthur forest.  Follow tracks towards the north eastern edge of Garn Goch, and proceed across the top to return to the car park.
