Overview

Starting from Blackness Village, we start by walking towards the impressive 15th century fortress of Blackness Castle before turning to join the coastal path and the John Muir Way with great views of the Forth estuary and bridges.   Eventually we head inland and up a short slope towards the hamlet of Abercorn and its ancient Parish Church where we'll have a break.  Return via coastal path.
