We park at the Cropston Reservoir end of Bradgate Country Park and walk through past the cafe and remains of Bradgate House and Chapel. Ascending past the Old John tower we leave the park and pass through Lingdale Golf Club. Using permissive paths we will pass through Broombriggs farm and on through Woodhouse Eaves to Swithland Woods before returning to the start.
