A leisurely, low-level there-and-back walk along the picturesque upper reaches of the River Almond from Newton Bridge in the Sma' Glen. Depending on the group, we shall go as far as Conichan or possibly continue to Clach na Tiompan. The walk is on a good, hard and level track.

Broxden P+R, lower car park
Layby before Newton Bridge on the A822 between Gilmerton & Amulree. There are 3 laybys in close proximity to Newton Bridge but please park carefully, as this can be a popular spot.
