Overview

A leisurely, low-level there-and-back walk along the picturesque upper reaches of the River Almond from Newton Bridge in the Sma' Glen.  We hope to visit the chambered cairn at Clach na Tiompan, but the walk could be shortened at any point.  The walk is on a good, hard and level track.
