Overview

This walk follows a route which gives splendid views north across Strathtay towards Farragon Hill, Schiehallion and the Glen Lyon hills. We will ascend from the Birks of Aberfeldy onto the unclassified road which leads past Dunskiag to join the Rob Roy Way. This we follow for a mile and a half before climbing beneath Craig Hill to join a path which leads to the track connecting Urlar and Kenmore. We will visit the un-named lochan situated a short distance off the track which offers a peaceful location for lunch. We will then re-connect with The Birks and the path leading back to the start of our walk.
