Walk 3 Description
From Saltaire up through the woods of Shipley Glen. Then across various fields to Dick Hudsons. This section also includes pavements and some road crossings.
There is a short section of Otley Road that we need to walk along. Extra care is required here as there is no pavement. There is a small verge, which I was able to stand on while cars passed me.
Possibility of mid-walk drinks at Dick Hudsons (and to use their toilets). They open at 11.30am.

We'll cross the road and follow the track up to the Twelve Apostles on Burley Moor.

Our route to Baildon Moor is across moorland, fields (some of which were very muddy and wet when I did this walk on 13/12/25), and quiet lanes which do not have pavements. We also need to cross a couple of roads that can be busy with traffic.
Our return to Saltaire is via fields and pavements, with some road crossings.
