Overview

Walking along the Salt Line, into the Borrow Pit Meadows and continuing along the Secret Salt Line to Lawton Heath and to the canal at Rode Heath for a lunch stop.

Depending on the condition (ie, water and mud) on the footpaths, the route will be between 6.5 - 7.5 miles.
