Meet at 18:30 for a 18:45 start for a 3.25 mile circular walk from outside the Edgemoor Inn in Edge on the A1473 GL6 6ND 01452 81357
We follow the Cotswold way up hill through Edge Common and into Stockend wood. The route then goes into open countryside with good views The return is through the woods. After the initial ascent, the route is fairly easy going. If it has rained recently, walking boots are recommended.
Please share lifts where possible as there is limited space for us in the car park
Afterwards there is the opportunity for drinks and food at the pub. We will be able to order after the walk.
Further Information: This walk is arranged by ramblers and is free to join. After 2 or 3 walks we request you become a member of the ramblers. This gives you access to a wide range of walks across the UK, provides assistance with outdoor activity skills and helps to keep public footpaths open.
Do ensure you wear appropriate clothing for the weather and terrain. Walking boots are recommended.
