When I checked the southern part of this walk on Wednesday 20th, I found that the Counter's Gate car park was closed and padlocked. Consequently the walk will now start from the Trundle car park. This increases the length of the walk by 1.5 miles and therefore the timing. It should still be possible to get to Graffham where there is a Pub and cafe/shop at lunchtime. However this is dependent on timing and weather.
