Overview

This walk takes us through the ancient town of Wallingford and out onto the Thames path which we follow to Mongwell. Here we join the Ridgeway on the opposite side of the river through North Stoke to Littlestoke manor leaving the Ridgeway for Swans way heading away from the river to eventually reach the course of the Icknield way passing Cobblers Hill and Drunken Bottom we should get some good views from here. Rejoining the Ridgeway back down to the Thames and into Wallingford crossing the ancient bridge, where there will be an opportunity for coffee. The walk is mainly in the open and inclines are gentle.
