Overview

We start the walk by walking alongside the railway line and into Walton Country Park.  From there we pass alongside the famous Charles Waterton wall, across the golf course  with views of Walton Hall and its lake.  From there across the fields and into Newmillerdam Country Park where we have lunch.  After we walk past Kettlethorpe Hall and into Pugneys Country Park, then onto Sandal Castle.  From there it is a short walk to our starting point.
