We are the North Dorset Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This is the third leg of the White Hart Link walk from Blandford Forum to Sturminster Newton. We park in Sturminster and take the bus to Blandford where we will walk back to our cars via the trailway passing through Stourpaine village then passing Shillingstone Railway Station.
Meet at Station Road bus stop in Sturminster Newton. Bus leaves at 10.50.pm to Blandford to start walk. Use your bus pass or contactless to purchase your ticket, approx fare £2.00p. Park in station road car park £4 all day or find alternative parking e.g. The Mill car park is free but allow 20 minutes to get to Station road bus stop for 10.40am.
