Overview

The Cambridge Group is walking the West Anglian Way between Cambridge and London using the train stations on the Liverpool Street line.  This is the sixth section between Broxbourne and Cheshunt.  This walk takes in part of the New River, crosses Nazeing Marsh, ascends Galley Hill and along Cornmill and Horsemill Streams.  Bring provisions.  Facilities at train stations and Waltham Abbey.

The meeting point is outside Broxbourne Station. If travelling by train catch the 9.03 from Cambridge arriving 9.55 at Cheshunt. Purchase a day return ticket to Cheshunt. (Check whether it is cheaper to get a return to Liverpool Street).
