Overview

Starts at West Ayton, firstly goes up towards Raincliffe woods on the right of the river Derwent, curves round through Thorn Park Farm, along to Mowthorpe Farm, then climbing up to Hawthorn Wood and round to Hackness Hall. Then turning for home skirting Wrench Green, through the open fields back to the Forge Valley passed Ayton Castle and back in to West Ayton.
