Wharf Road, 4.3 miles

Sixth in a series of Ten Summer Thursday Evening 3-4 mile walks  and the Third as part of the July Biddulph Festival.

Heading south on the Biddulph Valley Way to Brown Lees Rd we walk along to Brook Street to a stile on the left to cross fields onto Stadmorslow Rd. Turning right to the end of the road, across the crossroads into Holly Ln. Right into a farm drive taking paths to exit onto Biddulph Rd.

Heading to the crossroads with Akesmore Ln  we enter fields bringing us down to Meadowside onto Woodside and back to Wharf Rd.

This is a 4.3 mile walk with several stiles all in good condition. Some long grass which may have been cut before the walk.
