From Bollington the route follows Macclesfield Canal south, then east towards Kerridge Hill and onto White Nancy for a great panorama. It continues along the Gritstone Trail towards Rainowlow, around Billinge Hill, Pott Shrigley and returns to Bollington via the Middlewood Way.
