Overview

Meet 0915 -  Start 10:00 -  Grade C+  -  OS sheet 27 -  NGR NH877570
Starting from Nairn Central Beach car park, we follow a circular route taking in Whiteness Point which is a long sandy spit that extends for several miles west of Nairn. A habitat of seals, it gives a bracing walk with views across the Moray Firth to the Black Isle and far beyond. If it's low tide we will have the option to return via the beach. Paths and tracks inland and a mix of rock and sand on the beach return
