There is a small amount of road walking; these roads can be quite busy. There are a couple of stiles. The ascents are steady, a lot of the walk is fairly flat, but the descent from Offa's Dyke is steep in places and it can be quite slippery. Following the recent rain, it will probably be very muddy in places. The views from Offa's Dyke are amazing on a clear day.
