Leisurely Meet 10am the Golden Ball CP in Wesley Road, Ironbridge TF8 7BA. Rough Park, Lodge Field and beeches Local Nature Reserves are known for their meadow wildflowers. Every year in the last week of June, just before they are cut for hay, there is a wildflower count and thousands of orchid plants have been recorded. If we are lucky we may be in time to see the spectacle though it does depend on the weather when flowers bloom and fade. Woods, fields and an interesting historic landscape above Ironbridge with excellent viewpoints.
