An autumnal woodland walk starting at Winkworth Arboretum car park and walking through the mixed coniferous and deciduous Busbridge Woods, towards our coffee stop by Busbridge church (coffee and toilet are available at Yew Tree cafe beside the church). Our return takes us across Munstead Heath and into the back of Winkworth Arboretum with a steady climb back up to the car park through the arboretum to hopefully enjoy some late autumnal colour on the trees.
National Trust membership is not required to walk along the public footpath through the arboretum (or to use the car park, toilets or cafe). But any members who wish to wander around the rest of Winkworth at the end of the walk (if they still have any energy) should bring their NT cards.
