Our Winter Walks Programme has monthly walks on the first Wednesday evening each month (apart from October) from October until April. These walks are all on well lit streets mainly on pavements or illuminated footpaths. They all start at 7pm and are approx. 4 miles usually finishing between 8.30pm and 9pm.
This walk starts at The Springhouse Club, Springhouse Road in Corringham SS17 7QT and takes in an explorational walk around The Homesteads area of Stanford le Hope. Winding your way along Southend Road along First Avenue to Branksome Avenue area. All on pavements and well lit, enjoy what could be a brisk evening of fresh air. All circular to the starting points.
