Overview

A short climb from Wirksworth takes us through Bolehill to join the Midshires Way which we follow through Alderwasley to Peat Pits Wood. Leaving Midshires Way we reach the viewpoint of Alport Height at 1030 ft, then it's an easy walk down through Gorsey Bank back to the car park.
