Starting from Woodstock, we make our way to the outskirts of Wootton before cutting across Blenheim Park before reaching Coombe where we have our lunch. We return back to Woodstock via the Coombe Gate and Blenheim Park. There are various coffee shops, pubs and cafes in Woodstock which can be enjoyed at the end of the walk. Although The Buttery appears to have stopped selling scones...
Bring pack lunch, water and snacks.
The walk starts at 10AM but the Hensington Road Car Park can be busy and it is recommended to arrive early. There are additional car park spaces in Union Street which is the turning left just before the car park entrance. Other street parking can be found in Brook Hill to the right from the bottom of Union Street.
