We are the Worcester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk is section 2 of The Worcestershire Way from Abberley to Knightwick.
We meet at Knightwick at 9:30 to share transport to the start of the walk at Abberley, this walk is linear and will finish at the original meeting point.
The walk starts with a steep climb which is stepped for most of the climb, it remains undulating for the rest of the walk. There are extensive views of the Teme Valley and is very scenic for most of the route. The descent back into Knightwick is quite steep. Walking poles are suggested for this walk.

Drinks and snacks are required for at least 2 stops and possibly a third short break before the final ascent.
Depending on the weather the ground could be very muddy in places.
On road parking at meeting point is available.
The Talbot at Knightwick should be open at the end of the walk for those that would like further refreshments.
Parking is on slip road adjacent to GP surgery. THIS IS THE MEETING POINT FOR CAR SHARING TO THE WALK STARTING POINT AT ABBERLEY.
