Overview

Historic streets, fields, lanes, tracks including part of the Cotswold Way, a meandering stream & a nature reserve.  Good views on a clear day.  Several stiles, steep climbs, and one steep descent.

This is a figure of eight walk: Wotton / Wortley / Wotton / Coombe / Wotton – giving the option to leave the walk on the first return to Wotton after approximately 4 miles.

The Chipping car park, Symn Lane GL12 7AD Anyone wishing to do the first part of the walk only (ie Wotton to Wortley & return) can park in the short stay section of the car park (up to 3 hours). Those who intend doing the whole walk should park in the long stay section of the car park (the two rows nearest the entrance to the car park).
