Overview

You are welcome to join the York Ramblers Tuesday Walkers for a circular walk from Pateley Bridge along the Nidderdale Way with wonderful views across Nidderdale (weather permitting).

On leaving Pateley Bridge we cross the River Nidd then head W up to the Nidderdale Way and follow it to the disused mine workings near Providence House.  After crossing Ashfold Side Beck, we continue following the Nidderdale Way past Spring House to Heathfield then on to Spring Hill and down to Wath Bridge.  Crossing the Bridge over the River Nidd we then return to Pateley Bridge along the River Banks on the Six Dales Trail / Nidderdale Way.
