Welcome to the Halton Ramblers group. We organise fortnightly Sunday coaches to the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District, North Wales and Shropshire, picking up in Widnes, Runcorn and west Warrington.
Typically four walks of different grades (6 to 15 miles) are offered on each outing. We also, in conjunction with the other groups in the North and Mid-Cheshire Area, organise several full-day and half-day walks each week in these areas and closer to home.
You’re very welcome to try walking with us, or to get involved in looking after paths and green spaces and opening up new places to explore.

Normally 4 walks are offered of different length and ascent. The cost is £23, or £20 if booked by TWO WEEKS before the walk (i.e. normally by the day of the previous walk).
