Overview

This activity is volunteer led and delivered by Community Voluntary Services Tendring (CVST) as part of the Healthier Independent Longer Lives (HILL) project. It is designed to help people lead healthier, more independent and active lives.

This is a weekly walk meeting at the bus stop next to Sunspot. The walks includes a break and where possible a cuppa and chat. The walk will generally be along the seafront towards Clacton Pier. The walks start from 9.30am and usually end at 11.30am with a coffee and a chat sometime during the walk. All walks are free, fun and suitable for all ages and abilities to come along and make new friends.
