Overview

We offer friendly, Grade 2 wellbeing walks every week across beautiful Teignbridge locations around 2 miles, lasting about 60 minutes, and always ending with a cuppa in great company.

Our walks explore open spaces, parks, woodlands, and nature reserves, providing a welcoming way to stay active and enjoy nature. Each walk includes plenty of pauses to take in the scenery, spot local wildlife, or simply rest and chat.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes ahead of walk start times especially if you are a new walker to the group. We recommend wearing sturdy comfortable footwear.

‘Sign Up’ Form will need to be completed before taking part in the walks, either in advance or at your first walk.

We provide an ICE card (In Case of Emergency) for you to complete and carry on walks. This is for emergency contact and any medical conditions you want to share.
