Welcome to our Wellbeing Walks, led by Kingscare League of Friends in Kingsteignton.
We are a friendly, small walking group that meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Our walks start at Kingsteignton Fountain and follow a short, steady, and flat route.
These walks are specially designed for people experiencing memory difficulties or living with a formal diagnosis of dementia. Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and friendly environment where everyone can enjoy the benefits of fresh air, gentle exercise, and social connection.
