Join us for a sociable and friendly walk to explore the footpaths of North Hayling and the West Hayling Local Nature Reserve.

The meeting point is currently provisional. Route details and the meeting point will be provided 2-3 weeks before the walk.

About our group:  
The North Hayling Wellbeing Walk group meet monthly, usually on the third or fourth Friday of the month. Our walks generally last an hour to an hour and a half at a gentle to moderate pace (around 2mph). We make use of various paths in North Hayling and the West Hayling Local Nature Reserve and aim to walk a different route each month, subject to weather and underfoot conditions
