Overview

A social paced, mindful walk to re-energise and rejuvenate you mid-week! Ideal for individuals who love walking first thing, want to stretch their legs on the way to work or before working from home.

The walks are lead by Mimi, an experienced ecotherapist, meditation and walk leader. As a mindful walk, the first half of the walk will be silent, with the last half of the walk open for you to chat with one another or just remain silent. There is no pressure to socialise.

Booking no longer required, we are limited to 10 people per walk, so we use the rule of first come, first served.

** If you'd like to attend this walk please turn up to the meeting point to meet the group 15 minutes before we leave ** You will be asked to fill in a walker registration form on your first walk so please leave enough time for this. Do note that you must be there for the registration at the start of the walk to participate on the walk. We leave on time (7.30am) and cannot wait for latecomers.

This route goes through Regents Park and sometimes Primrose Hill, following a different route each walk. This means our meeting and end points change depending on the walking route. Some of us sometimes go to a nearby cafe after the end of the walk.

PLEASE NOTE THIS WALK USUALLY HAPPENS ON THE FIRST AND THIRD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH. PLEASE CHECK RAMBLERS CAMDEN WELLBEING PAGE OR WWW.PASITHEA.ME FOR UP TO DATE INFO ON THE NEXT WALK.

We often diverge from the main paths, so be prepared for uneven ground and walking uphill. Please wear shoes comfortable for walking in and bear in mind that the park can be muddy. You don’t need anything special but avoid open-toed shoes and smooth soles. You should be able to walk and stand for the duration of the walk, the pace is social - not too fast but not too slow, more like walking along and chatting with a friend. Mobility aids are welcome as long as you are able to navigate the terrain and manage the pace.

Please note that we ask that you turn off completely all smart devices/watches/phones for the duration of the walk so as not to disturb the group or your own experience.

The route start and finish locations are different for each week.  I also send live updates of walks and any changes to scheduled events on my Telegram app group channel. For information go to www.pasithea.me

WE GO OUT WHATEVER THE WEATHER!

Please check this page before heading out in case of any last minute changes.
