Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone

All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
Join our walk leaders on a gentle grade 2, 45-60 minute 'Walk and Talk', meeting at Needham Lake IP6 8NU. The walk starts at 10.00am, please arrive from 9.50am. This walk is designed to get people outdoors, meet new people as well as doing some gentle exercise.
Dogs are welcome but must be on a short lead at all times. Parking is available at the lake. Refreshments and toilets available at the cafe on site.
You don't need to book to join the walk, you can just turn up on the day. If this is your first Wellbeing Walk, your walk leaders will ask you to complete a new walker registration form before the walk starts.
Meet point is entry point to Needham Lake, IP6 8NU, just through the car park.
