BBC Children in Need and the Ramblers

Welcome to the Ramblers.  We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Children in Need for their annual fundraising Ramble.

We’re opening up hundreds of Ramblers volunteer-led group walks across England, Scotland and Wales on the weekend of the 7 and 8 October to anyone who wants to ramble and raise money. Find a walk close to you by simply entering your location or postcode.

The Ramblers is Britain’s walking charity. For nearly 90 years we’ve been increasing public access to nature, protecting and maintaining our precious path network and improving walking opportunities for everyone for better health and happiness.

With all proceeds raised being shared equally between Children in Need and the Ramblers, not only will you be helping transform the lives of children and young people, but you’ll also be helping the Ramblers keep Britain walking.

So, once you’ve planned your walk, either with a Ramblers group or your own route, you’re ready to start fundraising.
