Overview

Meet at Bath Lansdown Park and Ride. Catch 31 bus to Milsom Street ( free with bus pass, £3.60 adult return). Walk to start of Bath Skyline Walk described on the National Trust website. At end of the Bath Skyline walk, walk back to Milsom Street and catch bus back to Park and Ride. As described on NT website: roads, surfaced paths, steep climb to Sham Castle, a rocky uneven section through woods which may be muddy, flat at the top, some steps, long descent back to the centre of Bath. Suggest bring a snack during the walk, plenty of places to eat in Bath at end of the walk.

Moderate pace. Local walk grade - terrain 2 hilly and level mix. Additional Maps: L172/E155.
