Overview

Fields from Frampton Mansell, drop down through Frampton Woods, up through Siccaridge Woods. More up to Far Oakridge and then quiet lanes to Oakridge. More ups and downs to Strawberry Banks. Drop down to the canal before final up through Westerley Farm. Total ascent/descent 1157ft. Could be muddy in places after prolonged rain. Coffee and lunch stop.
