A circular walk to Charmy Down which was an airfield in the 2nd World War. Through fields and lanes to Northend (Batheaston), then a steep climb up to Little Solsbury (an iron age fort made famous in the Peter Gabriel song).

Magnificent views, beautiful countryside, pretty village.

Bring coffee and a snack.
