Overview

Bath Ramblers have invited us to join them for one of Jeff's favourite walks, packed with interest, and well away from busy roads. We cross fields into Dyrham, passing charming Cotswold stone buildings and impressive Dyrham House, then join the Cotswold Way, enjoying extensive rural views, and Dyrham Wood, before heading back to Doynton and optional refreshments at the Cross House Inn.

Short sections likely to be muddy, and you may find walking poles helpful for the one ascent.

Bring a drink and a packed lunch for a couple of short stops.
