Overview

From Ebbw Vale Parkway station car park, up to and south along the Cefn Manmoel ridge above the Sirhowy valley to Manmoel. Down to Cwm, and back up to go north along the opposite ridge above the Silent Valley below Mynydd Carn y Cefn. Mostly good footpaths.
