Overview

This is part 2 of the Two Castles Trail linear walk from Bridestowe to Lewdown westbound - you can join at any stage.

Parking at the back of the Lewdown Victory Hall then catching the 306 bus opposite Lewdown Post Office at 0951 (remember to bring your bus pass otherwise £2) to Bridestowe. Please arrive by 9.20 to park and walk to the bus stop.

Walking from Bridestowe through Beara Down, Burley Wood, Galford, Lew Mill and Lewtrenchard.  We follow roads, woodland tracks and fields which can be muddy after rain. There are a few stiles. 

Please text walk leaders to book in.  Car share from Pixon Lane may be arranged but walks leaders will not be there.
