Overview

A countryside walk over the fields to Orwell with a walk around the village woods, then onto The Clunch Pit behind Orwell church to Wimpole Park to the high point of Thorn hill, back down to the lake and a lunch time time at Wimpole parish church where you can enjoy a picnic or buy food and drinks in the cafe. We follow the estate path back to Whaddon. Lots of beautiful birdsong and views to behold on this walk.
