On 30th May, the Glasgow Film Theatre will be showing the film The Salt Path. It tells the story of Raynor and Moth Winns, a couple who lose their home and later discover that the husband has been diagnosed with a terminal illness as they embark on a year-long coastal trek, a 630 mile walk along the Cornish, Devonshire and Dorset coast.
The screening at 12:30 on Friday is at a reduced price and Marjory Dunn has offered to organise a social visit to see the film with the possible option of coffee or a snack somewhere in town afterwards.
